Sebastian Ladao is a finance student at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, with a strong focus on private equity and investment banking. He has completed internships at UBS and Crystal View Capital, where he gained experience in acquisitions and financial modeling, and he currently interns at US Capital. His goal is to build a career in investment banking.

Carlos is a senior pursuing a dual bachelors in Finance and Accounting. He joined FMA to connect with other students interested in finance and hopes to help expand professional opportunities for members through industry events and networking. Beyond FMA, Carlos is currently involved with Rebels CU and is interested in a career in asset/portfolio management.

Jade joined FMA in Fall 2024 and is currently senior pursuing a dual major in Finance and Accounting. She has been gaining hands-on experience at a small company Empower Us, where she helps run both the accounting and finance functions. Jade has secured a Summer 2026 internship with Deloitte in their Audit & Assurance program.

Tyler Song is a senior pursuing a BSBA in Finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Over the past year, he has worked in business development at AiBuildIQ, where he focused on evaluating construction materials, labor costs, and the potential of AI-driven optimizations to improve efficiency and reduce expenses. Tyler aims to transition into a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role after graduation.

Sam joined FMA in Fall 2024 and is currently a dual major in Finance and Accounting at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. As Marketing Director, she leads FMA’s branding, social media, and event promotion initiatives to increase member engagement and campus visibility. She has secured a Summer 2027 internship with EY in their Audit & Assurance program and is focused on professional development.

Shequita is a junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance. She joined FMA to bridge the gap between academic theory and real world application. As a board member, she hopes to leverage her leadership background to mentor fellow students and expand the organization’s professional network. Beyond FMA, Shequita served as a Financial Analyst within the U.S. Air Force. Today, she looks to build off her prior experience using her academic studies.
